Loki felt like he didn’t belong. His whole life he thought his father favored his brother, Thor, over him. He was extremely jealous that Thor was going to become the King of Asgard—not him. And then one day he found out the truth—he was adopted, and the clan he’d been born into was his father’s greatest enemy. His hurt and confusion caused him to betray his family and start his painful journey as a villain.
Maybe you feel like you don’t belong. Like you don’t fit in. There can be many reasons—maybe it’s with family, with friends, at school, at work—or maybe you just feel like you don’t fit anywhere. Let me tell you, I’ve been there. You’re not alone. But I have some wonderful news for you! There is somewhere you belong, and you always will. There’s a place where you’ll always be loved and accepted for who you are. And that is right in the arms of the King of the World—God our Father. If you have placed your truth in Jesus Christ, you are His child! No matter how unloved you feel by human beings, the Creator of the sun, moon and stars adores you. You belong to Him!
