I can't believe it's been about seven months since I published my Little Faith Book! It's crazy what God has done with it since then. Hundreds of girls have made or purchased their own, and I've received many messages telling me how the Little Faith Book has helped them grow closer to God. All praise goes to Him! And I thank you guys so much for all your sweet comments and support!
I've been using my LFB almost every day lately, so I thought I'd share some of my favorite pages I've done so far. (As well as some tips I find helpful!) I hope this gives you some ideas and inspiration for your own LFB!
P.S. (Christmas is coming and the Little Faith Book is a GREAT GIFT IDEA for any girl who loves crafting, doodling and Jesus! There's still some time to order them for Christmas at amazon.com. Also, as a little Christmas gift to you guys, I'm GIVING AWAY two Little Faith Books! You can find details on how to enter at the end of this post.)
My Little Faith Book!
Inside the front cover. I'm literally obsessed with washi tape (I get mine from Hobby Lobby and Dollar Tree).
This is the beginning of my "INSPIRE" section, which is for Christian quotes, Christian song lyrics, Bible verses and just any kind of crafty thing you can think of.
On this page, I attached a blue floral tag with a heart-shaped brad (both from Hobby Lobby) and then jotted down a few ideas underneath it!
"Doodle your favorite Bible verse." Mine is Psalm 73:26!
This is one of my absolute favorite pages! All of these paint chips are from my #faithchipsatdisney series on Instagram. (Some of them haven't been posted yet!) When I was at Disney World in October, I took these paint chips around the parks with me and snapped pictures of them.
I saw this idea on Pinterest and absolutely loved it, so I made my own!
"Make a list of your favorite Christian artists."
"Christian concerts I've been to." (I swear I always spell experiment wrong.)
Now we're in the "STUDY" section, which is for daily Bible study, Bible reading plans, devotions and anything else related to reading and studying the Word.
Here is one of my BIGGEST tips for the Little Faith Book: When your markers bleed through the pages, cover the opposite side with scrapbook paper! This is a lifesaver for me, and it's also super cute!
My #littlebibleplan for December! Loving it so far! It's not too late to join in (you can download it here).
There's also a few pages in the "STUDY" section for sermon notes!
Now we're in the next section, "PRAY." I don't have a lot of pictures of this section because most of the pages are filled with names of people I pray for and personal prayers to God. But I do encourage you to try writing prayers to God sometimes if you haven't already! It's so encouraging to look back at my old prayers and see what God has done in my life since then.
I got some Star Wars stickers. This happened.
Last but not least, this is the "PRAISE," section, a place where you can list all the things you're thankful to God for. I've heard it said that if you write down ten blessings every day you will be a more thankful and positive person—and I have found this to be totally true in my life, especially when I've faced hard times. It really helps you focus on all that God has given you and makes you realize how blessed you truly are!
And, as you can see, it's okay if your list is totally random.
And that's all for now! I really hope you liked this post and get some ideas from it. I love love love looking at pictures of your Little Faith Books, so please post pictures on Instagram with the hashtag #littlefaithbook or DM them to me!
